A White Dove ~ The Holy Spirit welcomes you!
Saint Rose of Lima

A Roman Catholic Community in the Altoona-Johnstown Diocese of Pennsylvania

Our Gratitude ...

Nearly a century ago, our first Mass was celebrated by the second Bishop of Altoona, Bishop John J. McCort on Sunday, August 17, 1924! Throughout that time countless parishioners, neighbors, and friends have generously given of their time, talent, and treasure to help sustain and grow our parish home.

To everyone who has supported our parish home throughout this past century ... thank you—thank you—thank you ... ever-so-much ... for your kind generosity throughout the years!

We invite and encourage you to continue—or begin—donating to our parish home! We need your financial help. Any amount, modest and noble alike, will help us to do the good works God calls us to do.

You can donate a few ways:

“I've Donated!” Cards

It's been identified at other Churches, many people who donate, by a means other than the weekly Church offering envelope, miss placing something in the offertory basket. To help with this, you can take an I've Donated! card as you walk into Church—then, during the offertory, place the card in the collection basket. These cards will be recycled and available every week. As you enter the Church via the center aisle the cards will be on the offertory table and entering via the side aisles the cards will be on the first windowsill as you enter.

Blessed are those who hear the word of God and observe it.
